Responsibility, written aftercare, availability, documents, price, technique, free complication care, near vision, refraction range, enhancement, guarantee period, money-back refraction guarantee, and lifelong follow-up if a refund is ever paid.
By the end of the guarantee period the spherical equivalent and astigmatism of each eye must sit inside the range the surgeon wrote down. If optical quality prevents a reliable refraction, that is a refund — not a debate.
